Thoughts on Narcossee's

I had planned on the Cali. Grill but the only ADR that was available was 2130 which would be great for the 2200 fireworks but we have a 2 yr old and 6 month old. So that time would so be pushing it. And the hold with credit card policy pretty much keeps you from basing it on the kiddo moods that evening. So after much family discussion and menu viewing, the family chose Narcossee's. They had a great dining time of 6pm available. So what are your thoughts on this one. This will be a new dining choice for us.

Was there in March and just loved it. Sat in the second row looking over the lagoon and had a wonderful view. Had the surf & turf and it was very good.

The almond-crusted cheesecake is AWESOME! DD also liked her sampler of sorbets, and DH and DS had small sundaes.

The DIS has the desserts listed on the menu plus there are some nice pictures of the restaraunt. We are trying Narcosees for the first time on this trip after debating between there and CG.

You will not be disappointed. We went there for the first time in October and LOVED it!!!

We were there in December and thought it was good, not great...not on par with any of the other signature restaurants in our opinion.

You will love it!
The food is great and the service is wonderful. You also can't get a better view (and you can also go to their outdoors deck that wraps around the entire restaurant!

The desserts are great. As is the rest of the menu! Also, you can see Wishes if you time dinner right. We found the service here excelllent - everyone was very nice and friendly; not at all "snooty" as can be found at a fancy place. We were a little worried about our attire - it was toooooo cold to wear the dressier outfits we planned. No one even raised an eyebrow at our denim.
