Yup. There was a time that I thought a lovely bath was a treat. Then someone commented that I was sitting in my own dirty water. Never again.who needs a butt soup maker anyway
Soliciting some opinions. We are thinking of remodeling our master bath and removing the jetted tub. We want to expand our shower and really make that nice.
We never use our tub and have three other bathrooms with tubs in the house if we ever need one.
Anyone do this? What do you think of this idea?

As far as the resale argument, I remember a dozen years ago being told how important a formal dining room was for resale. Now great rooms are much more popular. Also one of my coworkers lives in an expensive high end town home. I think his was built around 2010. The newer models no longer have tubs in the master bath. Sure you will lose some buyers, but it seems to be a minority.
I wouldn't think twice about these things if HGTV hadn't told me that these are "what I should want"
