Can I use Disney transportation? Or is it a shuttle to TTC from the hotel

Yes, the S/D shares buses with the other Epcot resorts. They also have their own dedicated boat landing for the Friendship boats to Epcot and DHS.

We stay on international drive ( idrive) take the itrolly to disney and the studios..... i get my hotels on priceline. They waved the cost cause we bought tickets at our hotel.
