Just checked the disney website - 2 ad, 1 ch on 6 August for 3 nights at HNY is £912 or you could do 2 nights, from 7 August for £792 - and choose an offsite hotel for your first night. You could then check into HNY on the morning of 7 August and still have 3 full days there.
