Those using swagbucks ???

Well, I broke down and submitted a ticket for my BB purchase on 4/23. I had bought a $100 Disney gift card and received a Shop and Earn e-mail with a pending credit amount of 2SB. I politely wrote in the comments/questions section that I was confused as to how I am only showing a pending credit for 2 SB instead of what should be 400 SB and I also did not receive the 750 SB bonus. In the "missing" SB box (or whatever it is), I put 1150 because, in the past, and according to the terms on the bonus offer, any item that qualifies for SB is supposed to receive the bonus. I'm not going to be upset if I don't get the bonus, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

According to the terms, the bonus should apply if the item receives SB...but we also know that gift cards are supposedly excluded from receiving SB. I still have not figured out if they mean ALL gift cards or simply BEST BUY gift cards. I completely understand if they exclude BEST BUY gift cards because you could double-dip with those, but the third-party (closed loop) gift cards are similar to merchandise and I see no reason why they should be excluded.

Has anyone done the Graze offer? It's for 350 SB with $1 shipping on first free box with 4 samples. They were talking about it on DOC, so wondered if anyone has done it and if it's ever been higher than 350?

I did do the Graze offer and the points were pending quickly. I had no problem with that one. Also I had no problem with the Sustain (women's hygiene stuff) offer. It was 2000 pending quickly.

@kristenrice So glad that worked for you! Gives me hope, too! Here, we both did one on 4/20 and thing missing is the 750. We also each did one on 4/23 as you did, and got shop and earn for 1 SB and no 750. That’s what I was thinking of writing in as well to cover both missing things on one ticket. Hopefully I can word it well enough. I’ll just try the one from 4/23. Did you send any screenshots? Also, where in customer support did you go to write up and submit the ticket? TIA!

I went to the help center and I filled out the "shop" ticket for missing shop credits. The only thing I attached was the e-mail that I received from Swagbucks that had my shop activity on it which showed that I only had a pending credit for 2SB and a purchase amount of $100. For the order number, I put "in store purchase" and I listed 1150 SB for the amount of "missing" credits. This is what I wrote in the "detailed question" section...
"My Best Buy purchase was supposed to credit at 4% however I received an e-mail showing that the pending credit amount is only for 2SB, not the 400SB that should be pending. I am very confused. I also did not receive the 750 SB bonus for the $100 purchase. Can you please advise? Thank you"

Has anyone else tried Best Buy again since the issues last week? I want to use up the last of this MCGC I have so I'm thinking about just stopping tonight and trying it and see what kind of credit I get.

I have a few hundred in VGCs that I wanted to flip this way too... can't use them at Kroger without getting ID'd even on groceries.

ETA Though now I'm Sapphire and have a 500sb bonus on my next $25 shopping trip.. tempted to see if BB will trigger it like it did the 300sb Topaz one.

This was actually non gift cards. I got Air Pods and do have the shop and earn pending for 200 sb because apple was at 2sb. I thought i was only going to get 250 shop bonus but got 750sb .

Also i never receive shop and earn when buying gift cards. I made a mistake of buying a $500 gc once and since then no Shop and earn only bonus.

Adgate media... I did the holliday inn one, call the 1800 number i asked about rates i was credited 198 sb so so easy. Today alone I have made 1000 sb in offers and surveys. The funny part it was like 4 surveys that were over 200sb

Omg! It worked!!! Thank you so much! I checked rates for going when our next Disney trip in early June to compare. Very simple and gut the SB and the call all in less than five min! Thank you so much! DD28 is going to try too!

Dang not sure how You get so many SB on one day but that’s great! I’m banned from surveys so that doesn’t work for me.

Would have liked to wait till tmw to get goals covered but then the Sb might not be doubled! This was awesome. Connected to IHG.

So, just noting again, this time my DD28 did the offer a few min ago and again super easy! Off the phone and the SB showed up immediately! More offers like this would be great!

@kristenrice So I took your advice and helpful words and was successful! First I got an email that I’d have to wait up to ten days possibly for an answer. Then checked again in about 15 min and they awarded the full 1150! They also apologized for the bad experience relating to my BB purchase, as you did! So happy, thx again!
Now DD28 wants to try gets but somehow she list that email. Tons of emails she has but of course that one disappeared somehow. Ugh. She’s gonna try to screenshot the shop activity page, the line that shows the date and tripID, purchase amt and 1 SB due to credit in 23 days. Hopefully that’ll work as well as my shop and earn email worked for me.
Then we each have one we did the day before the 4% showed up, so 2% and that showed up correctly but neither of us has seen the 750 bonus yet.

@PerfessorZ So checked the watch videos at work today and they were all working Well as they were yesterday at work. Lots for three SB, I think the lowest I saw was 26 min for 3 SB. Not great but definitely better than they’ve been for months and better than not working lol. Still not working for either of us at home. That just seems weird.
