Update: got my shop and earn email overnight. 2 SB for $100 purchase. I may wait a week or so and submit one ticket for the full 1150 SB rather than do two separate tickets again.

I'll apparently be the latest playing the 'will the member recognition 1000 SB shop bonus post without bugging support" game.

Got my shop credit today and my 1000 SB SwagUp thing went from pending to expired just like several others mentioned.

Too bad SB seems to be making things harder (or rather increasing volume of contact) in their support department lately with all the crediting issues across the board. But especially when they've sort of gone on about this great new member recognition thing and then it's yet another thing repeatedly creating frustration or confusion for users and extra work for their support people!

Anyone shop at BB 4/25 or after? I have a shop from 4/25 & /27 that went pending, but never got the 750 bonus for....didn't want to have to put in a ticket for those...but wondering if I'll have, too.

Mine isn't expired yet, but it says 'applied,' however, i can't find the credit of where it actually applied anywhere. Why does everything with SB seem so difficult lately? (And by difficult, I don't really mean hard, but seems like ti should be a little more seamless...)

So I decided to give it 48 hours and then contact support, I just got home today (and was going to write them later) and now mine switched to 'applied' and now it's in my activity (my most recent activity since I'd been gone)

But with it going in as 'other' (which isn't a choice category wise if you try to look by specific activity type) there's no way to sort just by category since that isn't one, so you'd have to go in and extend your dates and sort by description to get to look alphabetically to see if it's appeared for sure probably (unless you know your points total well enough to know for sure it didn't sneak in there at a time you didn't notice)

It is annoying how they seem to be slacking on more little things lately. I try to keep reminding myself it's 'free' money and I should be grateful for it but...still frustrating.

So last night I earned my last SB at 10:30 p.m. to make my first goal, shut my computer and went to bed. Using your advice on how to sort it, I did that and is shows that I got the credit YESTERDAY!!! So it must have credited after I went to bed! Thanks so much for the feedback because I never would have found it because I generally only browse the current activity log and I would have totally missed that!

AND...I also noticed that it goes toward total SB, but not your daily goal, so another reason why it was missed!

I’m looking at my swag ups, and the one from the last team challenge says it expires May 7 at 12 pm pdt. But when I click the little info “i” under it, it says “redeem before May 6 11:59 pm pt...” Just thought I’d mention this in case anyone hasn’t used theirs yet. Like me, you might have less time than you thought to use it.

They are giving my husband the runaround with HelloFresh. He's sent in a ticket per their disclaimer, if you don't see pending credit send us a ticket with a photo of the box and label. Now they keep telling me him to send all this information and wait until it's 32+ days of when it should credit. He's been super nice to them but we are both frustrated since all he's been requesting is PENDING credit not the actual credit and mentioned he copied their disclaimer. I think he's over SB at this point as it seems most of the offers he's done don't credit or show as pending. I'm frustrated for him since I've been using SB longer and help him out with things.

I feel the same. I didn't think it would go on indefinitely. It helped me tremendously when I paid for DCL Alaska. For my next DCL cruise, I've actually been using my Amex offers and Kroger. Less of a hassle, same discount.

Just got cash off my SB reward visa, signed into my paypal and sent the amout minus .85 (that's what is cost to transfer) to my DH paypal account we now have cash we can spend, save or transfer to our account. I didnt expect it to work so flawlessly.

Yes and no. A lot of companies cut corners with their programming departments and end up with cut rate results. I think we saw both the good and the bad of that with the BB deal. I suspect they'll fix it faster than they closed the loophole because more people are complaining about it when it's not going in their favor. Still, overworked, understaffed IT departments often have multiple fires to put out, so this might not get fixed all that soon, either.

I used two different virtual visas, one from SB and one from my points, to do 2 separate transactions on shop disney for e gc without any problem. I logged into shop disney and I have an account with the virtual visa place that has my address, name etc. So it seems it's still up in the air who it'll work for.

I’m using creative accounting to use my Amex offer for Lowes to buy Kroger gift cards. Kroger stopped letting me use those to buy gift cards, but I use them for groceries and use my BCP to buy gift cards at Kroger. In my head I’m thinking...Amex offer atLowes =10% off Disney gc plus 4x fuel points (an extra 14% back). I’m calling that 24% off my Disney gc. Using sb to pay for it all (through PayPal, or VVGC - more creative accounting because I put those on my amazon account) is a good way to stretch sb!
