Those using swagbucks ???

All my ncraves say "sorry this offer is currently unavailable". Anyone else getting this???

I get this a lot. The AYCE is always showing for me but I get the same error as you when I click on it. Other ncraves are hit and miss.

I've had that issue with AYCE for the last day too, it'll show as available but won't run so I end up running the discovery tv instead, better than nothing!

Redhotmomma I hope you get your account back. I don't think you were deleted because of why you think though, I know a lot of people do that. I was reading on the swagbucks Reddit that they have a habit of randomly deleting account for seemingly no reason. Everyone suggested cashing out when you have enough for a $25 GC.

my AYCE is gone after running for 5 hours straight. "telemundo discovery" is back. super quick, doesn't need baby sitting.

i have an issue with tour the web, the first 5 times it will credit. after that it will credit and then my SBs will disappear seconds later. anyone else have this problem?

Where are the 'discovery' ones that everyone runs when AYCE is down? Are they under enCraves? And are those just higher points that you can leave alone for about 20 minutes but then have to start a new one or something new?

they are under ncraves. it runs for a couple of minuted and then you have to start it back up again. just like "beer can"

There's one on the ncraves page you don't have to restart. It's the one that says TV in yellow letters and says discovery playlist on it. It will run for hours for me. I have run it overnight several times when the AYCE is gone.

Yeah I've found this one is way more reliable than AYCE, it's only 1 SB per "list" but if you can run it for a while it helps!

I just redeemed for my 3rd $25 gc this month! I will say that I always keep 2200 sb in my account to redeem on the first day and won't redeem for the 2nd until I get to 4700. I know this gives some of you heart palpitations but it seems like I redeem for less in a month if I don't keep the 2200 there. Maybe it's psychological but it works for me. And while I work for those sb's, I'm not going to cry too much over 2200 if something happens.

I have ayce to thank, and the 1000 sb survey crediting last week that got me to my 2nd faster. AYCE has gone away so I'm running the 7sb happy hour for now. I did the same thing Monday when ayce went away and after several rounds of happy hour it also went away but ayce was back so it worked out well.

Do not use more than one tab/window/computer to run more than one video!
I was playing around last week and found you can (meaning, it will allow you to) usually run ayce and discovery tv at the same time. I checked the Do's and Dont's page and their was nothing about videos, so I figured if it let me do it, it was fine. Wrong! Anyway, I'm guessing that's what the problem is. Yesterday evening, it kicked me out and when I tried to light in, it simply said my account was deactivated. No email, no warning, nothing. I sent their support a message and hope I can get my account back.
I just know I've heard some of you mention running it on home and work computers, and I would stop.

Those are both Ncraves and you can't run 2 of the same thing at the same time like that. However you can run watch at the same time and multiple apps. Usually it will just error though if 2 of the same thing is running...even on different computers...but in the same account. I hope they fix it for you but it may take a few days before they get back to you. They are super slow lately.

Oh no! Thanks for the warning, I almost always run AYCE on one computer, have the 'watch' videos on another and then on a phone, i'm running an app. Guess I better stop all of that ASAP!!! And simply run one thing at a time....I'm so sorry that happened. Hopefully they get back to you ASAP and can get you reactivated! I know I always ran the TV app on Inbox Dollars and i got kicked out because it said I was running some Ad Blocker, that I really wasn't. But they booted me anyway and never let me back in :-(

Funny you should suggest that because I had been saving up for a $100 GC (had enough for $50) but I saw that your first $25gc each month is 12% off. So I redeemed one for target. The very next day, GC shows up in my account and a couple hours later, before I could cash it in of course, I was deactivated.

He was using it this afternoon all good. Just went to try some more surveys and when it told him he was deactivated and he can't get in.
Only joined a few weeks back but because we're new and can do a lot of offers so he's got nearly 10k SB. We were going to just let it ride and cash out for the discounted $25 each month, was going to do that this week some time for this month. I've got no clue why he'd be deactivated; he referred me but that's not against the rules so far as I can tell. He gets good runs on the AYCE, for some reason it just likes his PC and we can get hours of it. But when he's running that he doesn't do any of the other videos and we've got two monitors so it's always visible.

I'm stumped, has anyone been able to be reactivated? Is there any way to contact them outside of the support system? It says it might take up to 5 days to get a response and we're going to be biting nails until then.

You can try messaging them through facebook they are slow to respond.

Just a word....never just let it ride. Things like this can happen at any time. I get nervous building up 2,500 before cashing it out.
