The two types of coupons here aren't the same ones... if you click on "Top Coupons" or "Top Coupons v2" those are the ones that give you SB within 5-10 minutes, 14 or 12 depending on what it states. However, if you go to shop and then grocery coupons you have to print the coupon AND use it, then within about 12 weeks I think they state it will credit 10 sb per coupon used to your account. However, as another poster on here and I have found, the credit for these has slowed or almost completely stopped. I use 1-10 coupons per week for my own use and not for the SB, but print off SB because I used to get points. However I've gotten credit for maybe 3 coupons since April. I've used DOZENS. I put in a ticket and they said they'd investigate, I never heard back and I got credit for two coupons not long after and that was it. I think it's a bust now, I don't know what's going on.
