Those using swagbucks ???

Last night I ordered something from the Disney store. I didn't get the email or notification about my shop & earn being pending. It shows I visited the Disney Store on Swagbucks, but not my order so I know the shop & earn was activated. Can I email them about that? Or will it show up maybe once my items ship?

They wont bother to do anything for you until it has been 30 days. The same thing happened with me at Charming Charlies and I emailed them about 2 weeks after since it still didn't show up as a purchase or anything pending. They did nothing. I put in a ticket on the 30th day after and the next day I was credited for it though I can still see that visit to Charming Charlies on my shop and earn with no purchase.

thanks, I need all the help I can get the last few days it seems. I have been struggling to make my daily goals since Friday since I dont have LTG, TTG or the swagbutton and DTG engages keep not crediting. It's been a frustrating weekend for Swagbucks

I pre-ordered Beauty and the Beast from Target and my S&E amount shows 0. There's no restriction on Blu_rays, is there? My pre-order qualifies for a$5GC but that shouldn't negate the whole purchase, right? I sent in ticket, but I'm just curious if others have had similar issues.

I'm no expert, but I didn't want you waiting and wondering if anyone saw this. The issue may be with this being a pre-order and not that it qualified for a gift card. Some things don't credit until the ship for things in stock. I am not sure how swagbucks handles preorders, but you can contact them and ask. I don't expect anyone will answer today, but they do respond in a timely manner during regular office hours.

The mobile apps rarely run smoothly without stalling on ads, but they have been TERRIBLE the past week or so. Every single one of the apps. I have to pretty much have the device at my elbow so I can click the X in the corner every time. Otherwise it is worthless.

I was just about to post this same thing. Can anyone report on an app that is currently running smoother than others? Sometimes I notice one will run with a lot less babysitting than others. For a while entertainow was running great for me but not now!

I am having trouble getting credit for apps I added to my phone through Offer Toro. Their form asks for screenshots, but every time I try to add one, it freezes my computer. They won't accept a request for credit without one. Does anyone have an email address for them?

weddings auto tour for 3 sb is now causing my computer to block the videos with a malware alert. I know there were videos before that were trying to download stuff to my computer and my Avast blocked it so it can happen-watch out for this video playlist.

I sent in my receipt and picture yesterday, but they say you will have to wait until the offer ends on 9/20 before they start processing them. I figured as long as it says Reynolds on the box, it's good, but you can try checking the offer for fine print.

Today, I am going crazy trying to do surveys and I keep getting turned down. grrrrrrr

I apologize for the wait! I've checked in with the survey team regarding this issue, but unfortunately there haven't been any major updates just yet.

The survey has been paused, however, and the survey team and survey provider are reviewing the information they've received. However, there is still no firm date regarding crediting for this survey just yet.

As soon as we hear any news, we'll be sure to let you and the other members who experienced this error know.

The offer says 60 days from 9/20. I did it and bought aluminum foil and more baggies. We use a ton!

Thanks! I will give it a week to show up then. I don't expect it to credit right away, but it would be nice to see it pending.

New-ish rule is that you have to wait 32 days from purchase to get any kind of real response from them. I almost always have to submit a ticket for Shop & Earn, I save a print screen of my order receipt on my desktop and label it with the date 32 day out to remember to submit it.

Must be a slow sb day. I had 2 ncraves this morning before work, ran them and then nothing. I had one when I got home ran it and now nothing. Looked in firefox and I guess it's just a chrome/chrome incognito thing which is a bummer because the videos run better in firefox and ncraves better in chrome.

Today's to do list activity is to join yahoo's fantasy football. I created a league called SB Teams if anyone wants to join and not play I think you can search for the team by name. There's one team in it right now, it defaulted and named it Karen's Team. The disclaimer says it takes up to 6 hours to get your sb. I don't have any yet.

I tried to join but there are 1800+ teams and I can't figure a way to search for yours.
