Those using swagbucks ???

Help! I need to do a ticket for a survey that didn't credit. I'm on my smartphone though that shouldn't make a difference.

I click on contact, answer, survey didn't credit.and submit help desk ticket. It sends me back to the contact page. I tried searching help.desk ticket but it just.gives me the survey answer.

Can someone please try and get a link to the help desk ticket or another way of submitting it. Maybe through the app? So frustrated.

I redeemed for a $25 prepaid visa from SB and used it to purchase a gift card from carpool. I just got an email that it was not able to go through. Anyone have this happen before?

A lot of the prepaid Visa cards won't work on gift card resale sites. I tried with Cardpool and had no luck.

You can order Disney gift cards from Target. That's what I do. I cash out for Target gift cards and then buy with the 5% red card discount but change my payment method to gift card.

Wahoo! I was eeking my way to my goal today (115 points...never making the second goal) since surveys have been slim pickings lately. Did a couple of searches and earn 23 swag bucks! That pushed me over the top...no more ecraves when I get home!

Okay, I see the laptop lady that says nGage under her but I'm not having any luck with getting anything to work. It just spins when I open it. Maybe it's my adblock?

It may be. Last I read, it is against the terms of service to use swagbucks with adblock. Some people on other sides have reported being banned for it. The entire basis of the service is to get people to watch ads.

I should have mentioned that I have Adblock disabled on the Swagbucks site, but I guess it's possible that it's still interfering as nGage is an additional window opened.

The nGage window pops open in a sub-URL of the Swagbucks domain and Ad Blocker treats it like a completely different website, so yes, you need to disable (one way or another) it to run nGage.

Could also be your browser. I run Firefox for most things, but have to use Chrome for NGage and NCrave autoruns.

First goal jumped to 135. Didn't qualify for any surveys (although I probably DQ'd from 20 or so). I'll be lucky to get 200 sb today.

That's my first goal as well. But my second goal dropped to a more reasonable level, so I may just be able to reach it today. Thanks goodness for the new 4-pt. nCraves and LTG is back!

Yep that's my first goal too. Second goal dropped to 150 - it was 200 yesterday which is the highest it's ever been. I had to go to my office for work yesterday so other than a survey I did at lunch (and miraculously qualified for) I had to do all my swagbucks from 4-6 between work and Zumba. Luckily, I hit my first goal, but it was painful. I have never DQ'd from so many surveys.
