Those using swagbucks ???

Has anyone had a safety warning pop up when you got to MyGiftCardsPlus? Every time I link to it from Swagbucks, I get a "your connection is not secure" and it warns me about the potential of theft of my password, credit card information, etc. I would like to make a purchase, but I am not going to do it with this warning that pops up. The web address does have the "https" in front of it so I am a little confused...

I just tried from Chrome and Firefox and didn't get any warnings, no even on the login boxes. If you click on the address bar where it's showing the crossed out https, it should tell you why it thinks it's not secure.

Where are you linking it to it from swagbucks? Might just be a particular link. I linked to it from the 'ad' banner in the upper left, as it scrolls through 4 ads I selected the one for the gift card bonus. This is all on a PC.

I am so irritated. I left the house and drive 45 min round trip specifically for the 2000 sb tv survey. I have no evidence of a follow up survey and my submitted ticket is basically being ignored.

I'm still waiting for the follow up survey and this was a week ago. I can't find the survey number otherwise I'd contact them. Round trip it took almost an hour and for nothing. Learned my lesson don't do these anymore

I qualified about 2 weeks ago for the survey. Went to best buy and took the pictures and made a selection. I waited and waited and still nothing. Thankfully I didnt have far to go but still I wasted my time.

People have reported a follow up survey mixed in with the survey. I was waiting for an email or sb inbox follow up.

I was waiting for a follow up survey and just happened to click on a very short Gold Survey (short amount of time/SB) and that happened to be the second survey where I uploaded my photos. So if you are waiting for an email or inbox, it probably won't show.

After I sent the photos a day or two later, the 2000 SB survey showed up in my Gold Surveys. Again, no email, just the survey sitting there with the other surveys. After I got to 96% completion I got kicked out. I did put in a ticket and SB credited me the full amount within a day.

Sorry so many people have had an inconvenience with this.

Hm, mine were also different numbers but different from yours so I guess the ID is unique? My part 3 was definitely 34554845 and I'm pretty sure part 2 also started with a '3'.

They did finally respond to my ticket late last night but basically it was a "too bad, so sad" response. I replied back but I'm not holding my breath any more. The conspiracy theorist in me says they see the double survey spin and win in my swagups and are trying to close this down. (i really want to laugh after that... but still a little ticked at the whole thing so maybe later )

hm indeed. i can't replicate it on Chrome or Firefox. No matter how I get to the page it's solidly secure. The swagbucks login page is solidly secure but the home page gets stuck 'establishing secure connection' so it's also got the https but gives the info symbol and when clicked says it's not encrypted. The MGCP site is using a StartCom Ltd cert so maybe there's a missing link in the chain in your browser? It happens occasionally if a cert expires and the updated one hasn't been pushed yet, but that seems odd too. I usually try the standard Microsoft fix.... clear cookies/cache/etc and restart the browser (maybe even restart the computer) just in case there was a nasty cookie or tracker somewhere.

That sucks it's happening. If you've got PayPal you could try paying through paypal instead, if the paypal login page says it's secure when it comes time to pay then you should be good. But all up to your comfort level, hope it works out.

I got it work. I had to turn off my pop up blocker again. It's 30 screens at 38 seconds each. That's pretty good. Just over 106 seconds per sb. Not nearly as good as head cramp or college humor, though, when you have them.

I just got a 26 SB search win! That's huge for me...usually it is either 7 or 11, with an occasional 14.

I used to be able to complete the whole shop SWAGO board fairly easily, but now with the sb local requirement I can't. And buying the gift card for the center square isn't worth it for just 50 or 75 sb.

Came here just to say this, I don't go to any of the "local" places and I don't need a $50 gift card nor is that in the budget. I at least managed to get the perimeter when I usually just get one of the bottom two rows.


Has anyone else had issues with AYCE? The 4sb one only runs once and the last few nights I haven't seen the 3sb one at night or the TV 1sb one. Really hurts my dg!

AYCE 3 sb now requires me to have the screen up at all times. it won't even play without the screen being visible. doesn't SB know i'm at work?!

Well, I'm not sure if I will get the entire SWAGO board, but there's a possibility. One of our local steakhouses participates and it is like a triple-dip for me to dine there. I have my BB Visa registered with both SwagBucks Local and SWA RR Dining. I earn 7% from SB, 3 pts/$ from Rapid Rewards and double points in Best Buy rewards. When all is said and done, dining at this particular establishment and using my BB card to pay nets me about 12% in "Disney value". I can get an order to go and pick it up on my way home from work so I don't really have to "work" to get that square filled in. I might just pop in after work and grab one of the $5 appetizers to go and call it dinner.

I wasn't planning on getting a gift card, but then I realized that we still need school supplies for DD14. I can easily spend $25 at Staples so I bought a $50 card and I can save any leftovers for the next time we need ink...which is all the time.

I just did the Gillette offer. I did the 'on demand' option. How long will it take to credit? I can't find anything on it and the last offer I did credited immediately, so now I'm worried that I wasted $10 on a razor!

I did this offer with the 'on demand' option as well this past Saturday and I'm still waiting to be credited. The charge is still pending though and is showing to be $1 more than what the checkout and my confirmation stated. Hopefully when it posts it will be for the correct amount and I'll be credited the SB for it.

Has anyone gotten the Naturebox credit yet? I had heard back from swagbucks a few times after I contacted them about it not crediting, but haven't heard anything in a while. Was just wondering if anyone else had gotten a response or gotten the credit at all.
