Those using swagbucks ???

I don't mind them having that and honestly, I haven't really noticed much more junk mail than before. I get about a million credit card offers, but I received those before Swagbucks. The only mail I think I have ever received in relation to offers was for stuff I paid for, charities (after donating to one through Swagbucks), and a few free samples. I've received the colored diabetes and MS Awareness bracelets from Quality Health, some vitamins, shampoo samples, etc.

Actually, all of the free offer related mail I have received has actually been kind of cool, since it's free samples like I stated, or for the charities that keep sending me mail looking for more donations, I've received free address labels, stickers, window decals, notepads, greeting cards, and even packets of seeds. All useful things. Although, it has made me rethink donating to certain charities as it seems a fair bit of donations end up paying for the free stuff they send out.

Yeah, I noticed the 20 steps yesterday, then today I noticed that the there were 40 seconds per step. Thought it was less before but not sure. But, definitely took a long time to the SB's to accumulate, much longer than in the last days! My ncraves finally showed up this morning before I left for work at 9. I was able to run mine in chrome which ran all day, but took forever to build up. Have about 215 now with one more hour till reset. But, I will say that on previous days I got double that, and sometimes more. Also able to run DD26's on my work computer all day, though again it only amounted to about 215 so far, which is again about half the amount she was getting. Wondering, does it really make that much difference with another 5 steps and possibly maybe 5 more seconds per round if I'm right about there being more seconds per step? Guess so, just such a big difference and wasn't sure if it wasn't just running slow. It was a bit frustrating seeing it go so slowly, lol. But, to be clear, I'm definitely thankful to have my ncraves back again after being gone all yesterday till about 9 a.m., and particularly Ayce! We both were able to get our first goals so happy about that! Looks like they aren't taking it away, but increasing numbers of videos and length of run time per step. I'd rather have that than them being totally taken away!

I did a survey last night that had me doing virtual shopping. Has anyone else done that? It was strange but neat!

Yes, just the other day I did one. I used to get them more often, but have been trying less surveys these days. They at least are a bit interesting and sometimes fun to do! I've had makeup, dog food and treats, decorating type items, and track phones.

I put in a ticket on June 30 about a Swagbucks local purchase that was pending but never credited to my account. I never received a response to my ticket. Every time I inquire about the ticket I get the canned response "Your ticket has been updated." I tried contacting Swagbucks through facebook and got a canned response telling me how to enter a ticket.

Does anyone here have any ideas on how I can contact them about my ticket. It was an expensive restaurant dinner and a lot of points were pending. Very frustrating.

I had this same issue and I ended up making a new ticket and it was then resolved that day. In the new ticket I explained that I had made one already and I always got the same "updated ticket" response but never an actual answer.

I got it to work, but only after the 2nd time I copied & pasted it. I don't know why it didn't work on the first try, as it seemed I copied & pasted the same way both times. Maybe try entering it a different way (Swag Code box, Swag Button if you have it, app if you have it)? Good luck!

Wondering, do you try the many times using your same email address or do you do it over with any other more throw away type emails? Somettimes seems like once I use my address, doesn't work and then it won't let me do the offer to try again.

Ayce worked well all day, running a little bit faster than yesterday, so another good day! And, a shopping trip credited, yay!

I try to vary my emails I use as much as possible, but I'm not organized enough to remember which email I've used for which offer in the past and which email has made an offer credit. So I reuse emails as well.
