I think I'm giving up on the mobile survey. I just have a blank page on the ap. So annoying! I have all but two filled in. (Because I refuse to give them even 20 SBs for the swagstakes thing if they can't have the ap work right so I can do the survey.) . So frustrating!

You can do it from the website on your phone it doesn't have to be from the app.

Grrr... I keep getting no credit for completed surveys. I submitted a ticket for an 80sb one and they already fixed it, so about an hour - fastest I've ever had. It even triggered the survey completion in my to do list, but of course not on the swago board. Maybe I'll reply and ask why it didn't... Can't hurt, right?

Thanks! I decided to step away from the computer for a minute. Made some work phone calls, showered and got ready for the day and my gift card was in my email when I got back and the square is colored in. I still can't get a mobile survey to credit so I will likely be submitting plus or the x, but at least it's something.

I ordered one this morning and it took about an hour.

I JUST got a gold survey on my cell phone to credit! I thought for sure I wasn't going to get one, I've been trying since yesterday.

I ordered it at 9pm last night and it was the last square. I won't submit my board until it credits, but c'mon! Why is it taking so long? It says it can take up to 2 days, but the game will be done by then and I won't be able to submit my board.

UPDATE: UGH!!! I just checked my MyGiftCardsPlus account and it shows my order...and it says "payment failed". Well thanks for letting me know! I must have typed in my CC# wrong or something but I just re-did it. Hopefully, I will get it in time. It took about 5 hours last time. I have until 3pm (in Michigan) to submit my board, right? That means that the credit has to come through by then, correct? Ugh....I have plans this afternoon and I may not be able to get to the computer to submit my board!

It's not you. It's happened to multiple people according to fb. And myself. Yesterday PayPal wasn't working. I don't need another gc but maybe I'll try PayPal. Just redid it with my cc. So annoying.

Ordered from MGCP for me and DH and we received credit for both within an hour. Was able to submit our boards for the X. However, neither of us has actually received the gc in our emails yet. Normally I don't receive credit for it until I've received the gc so I'm not sure what's up with that. I'm going to check our accounts online to see if it's posted the gcs there.

If anyone is trying to do the mobile apps and they aren't working, it isn't on Swagbucks (or whoever runs them). Amazon Web Services is more or less broken at the moment and is effecting apps/sites that use them.

I'd check their fb page to see if it says anything and then I'd submit a ticket. It's their fault. It shouldn't take over 12 hours to get a payment failed email.

Does anyone have the link for spin & win? I've tried searching and can't find it. I had been going to it from the swago board page but since they've reset it the link is gone. There's no link in their birthday blog post or in their recent fb post about the spins being added if you were missing any. Should have had a total of 98 if you did it all, but when I last did it I only had 87 so I wanted to check again.

I had 2 4 minute surveys this morning, where they did not ask all sorts of questions to find out your salary, ethnic identity, etc. And they really were short, as advertised.
