In the good ole days (last year) you could use your smaller gift cards to buy a larger one on the WalMart site. They stopped allowing this though.

Like @travelbug, I've also used multiple WalMart gift cards at Sam's Club to buy Disney.
But I do other rewards programs besides Swagbucks (mPlus Places, Ibotta, My Coke Rewards, etc...) and having a bunch of $5, $10 and $25 cards was a hassle, so I now go ahead and combine the small ones at WalMart Customer Service. They will put them on a regular WalMart gift card that can also be used at Sam's Club.

I do the same thing at Target with all the free $5 cards I get from shopping there. Glad Walmart will do the same thing. I would have to show up at the checkout with a ton of gift cards and a long line behind me.

For combining Walmart gift cards, I've had luck adding them to the Walmart app. The only time I had a problem using them was when I was picking up an order from Site to Store. Before I went back to pick it up, I had a few other items that I was going to purchase. They offered to ring them up for me and apparently their registers were not updated to accept the walmart pay app. The register locked up and they had to cancel the order. I just went up front to pay.

I actually added my credit card to the app to pay with it when I don't have any gift cards. I like that the receipt goes straight to your phone. You can just click a button to search for the price differences and if you have a return, you can easily pull it up on your phone.

My friend does the paypal card a lot without any problems. It does take her longer to receive it than the Target or Walmart cards though. Usually the full 10-14 days they say to allow it. I usually do the Target cards but will likely start doing the PayPal also since some people are having a hard time using the Target cards to buy Disney cards now. I would suggest taking advantage of the one discounted card you get a month from Swagbucks first though. PayPal is never one that gets discounted.

That's a great idea. Thanks for the advice, I didn't even know about the one discounted card a month. We have a munchkin still in diapers so I may do the discounted target gift card and put the 25 bucks we would have spent into the disneyfund.

When you redeem for Paypal 2500 SB = $25. But as @mrsstooks mentioned, one time a month you can get a discounted gift card. So a $25 Target or Walmart gift card (and some others) will only cost you 2200 SB. For this reason many people cash out their first gift card of the month for a store card and any additional redemptions that month go to Paypal.

In Canada the only one that is discounted for me is Amazon.ca. Since I don't often use Amazon, I've just been redeeming for Paypal. I'm at $200 in paypal credit since I started in the first week of June.
I like it being in Paypal. It's out of sight , out of mind at this point. I will transfer it back into my bank account when I need to use it. I plan to give it a week or two to hit the account. Chances are I will pay for whatever aspect of the trip the money is earmarked for with my credit card, and then just pay off the credit card with what I've accumulated through Swagbucks. Our next trip to Disney won't be until next August.

That's great credit!! I'm at $50, I started a little over a month ago. The trip is paid for so I'm hoping to have a good amount of spending money by the time we leave in January. That stinks only one type of card is discounted. Awesome job though!

Not sure I would redeem for one since I like my Target cards but I have to say I'm a bit jealous you can get gc's for Roots. It's been awhile since I've bought anything from them though, probably because I don't get the emails any more which is much safer I may need to look for a new sweatshirt/hoodie the next time I'm in Vancouver, or online now

I guess I'm not sure. Since I started using the walmart pay, I just add the gift cards as I get them (either from swagbucks or I buy discounted ones from raise.com) and use the money for my everyday purchases. When I checkout, it just uses the gift card balance until it's gone and then goes to my stored credit card. I'm pretty sure that's the option I have set up.

Hey all!! Fairly new to Swagbucks and I'm about to redeem my first reward. Has anyone done the paypal redemption? I'm hoping to redeem and just keep it as savings until our Disney trip and then just transfer the money into my bank. Is it a fairly quick and painless process? I'm wondering if I'd be better off just getting a Target gift card and using it to buy what we would normally purchase at Target and then transferring that savings to our account. Decisions Decisions!

I didn't find this survey, but under Peanut Labs, there was a painless offer for Gate1 travel. I gave them my name and address and checked that they could have some info, and it promised 34 SB in 10min. I don't think it took that long

Last week, PPDG stopped selling Best Buy cards, so you are stuck with using private sellers. There is one guy who regularly posts a $500 cards for $475, so you might get lucky.

Right now, PPDG is not selling any gift cards. When I got to their page, I found this message:
"PayPal is working hard to resolve the technical issue. PayPal’s site is under maintenance, you can contact us via “eBay Messages” for any questions you might have about your digital gift card. Thank you for your patience."

Well here's a new one. I had 408 SB's in my account. I looked at the total before checking for surveys. I clicked on a survey, went all the way through, it told me I successfully completed it and that was it. I look at my total to make sure the 60 SB's were added, and not only did they not get added, but my total flashed and 60 SB's were TAKEN OFF my total.
It's bad enough when they don't credit, but now I have to watch and make sure they don't disappear too?!
I sent in a claim. We will see what they say.

ETA , It only took 20 minutes to hear back. SB's were all credited with no questions asked (I did provide details in my claim). I have to say, they are very good at rectifying an issue when they arise. I just wish they wouldn't arise so often.

I had a heck of a time getting the "Activate Swagbutton" one to work. I saw other people had the same issue on Reddit and the FB page. Here's what I had to do on Chrome.

Thank you for alerting us about the new SWAGO board. This one doesn't have a frame category like the previous one, which is too bad. I took about 15 minutes to visit all the places you can on a desktop and on a mobile device, and there are only 6 things left. 5 of them are visiting places using a swag button, which I will do when I get home, and the last one is to buy a gift card from MyGiftCards Plus. I decided to go all the way and fill the card, since the only thing that keeps me from the high point patterns is the center button, and that can get me the whole board as well.

For those of you using Walmart gift cards at Sam's Club - are you also members? I'm not a member so don't want to get my Bucks for Walmart if I need to be a member. Switched my Sam's Club membership for Costco this year - tried to find Disney gift cards at my Costco Saturday and they tell me only Florida Costco's sell them

And a question about today's Shop Swaggo Board - anyone ever buy a gift card for the points via MyGiftcard?

Sorry for the multi-questions - I want all the 'free' Disney money I can get!
