Those using Shopkick???

Me too - same thing & my Walmart never registers my walk in kicks so now I'm basically out of even using it . Target only offers a few things here it's not a grocery store.... Guess I'll just have to wait for an update

I'd been making great progress (about 1,000 kicks/week) but now I'll be lucky to get 500.

And for the life of me I can never get the Macys walk in kicks.

I can NEVER get the Macys walk in kicks either! And I've shopped at 3 different Macys stores since having the app.. I've sent them notifications of my issues with Macys & only once they credited me points for a walk in. They listed in the email several ways to "fix" the issue on my phone, all which I've already done prior to their email & none of their advice worked anyways.

One day I was walking thru the mall ( Ross park in pittsburgh) and noticed my phone was crediting Macy kicks to my account. I wasn't even near macys. For some reason I can get them but my mom and daughter cannot.

My mom and I both have an iPhone 4s although mine is much older than hers and my daughter has a 5s. I'm the only one who gets the macys kicks. It's just in an area by the center of the mall and macys is at the end of the mall.

I just got kicks at Macy's on Saturday. It tells me to go to the fine jewelry department, I walked around the store and when I got close to the fine jewelry, sure enough it dinged and I got my kicks.

Mine says to go to the entrance (not sure which one there are several) and stand by the speakers. I've tried a dozen times to no avail. Crate and barrel and American eagle I get by walking by. Oh well.

Is Shopkick driving anyone else nuts lately? Mine is so temperamental. I get my walk in kicks (except for Macys--given up on that) but my scans are hit or miss. I thought it would improve now they have scans categorized by store and show stores like CVS and Kroger. But the scan seems to get hung up. This morning I scanned a few things at kroger with no problem and then it decided it didn't want to work anymore. It did the same thing last night at Best Buy and Walmart.

I'm running it on an IPhone 4--could that be the problem or does the app have glitches?

While it's frustrating, I'm up to 17,500 kicks in about 3 months. So I don't want to give up (told my DS he could use the gift card to buy a new IPod touch).

I am begining to think that its the stores. One of my grocery stores is great another same company can't ever get kicks. My phone is Iphone5. I also find that in some stores I have to go in and walk around a bit before the kicks show, other stores barely walk in and I get the kicks. It is so frustrating but I am actually thinking its not the apps fault. I have gotten so many Disney gift cards (target then I buy Disney cards) that the hassle is still worth it.

Yes, I have a love/hate relationship with it : ) I just wish I could scan things like I used to be able to. Now it's just getting hung up constantly.

My app worked great at Best Buy but when I tried to scan at the grocery store it tells me I am not located in the store. Locations services are on. Any ideas what I can do? So frustrated I am missing these point opportunities.

Shopkick's points have been few and far between. There's a new money making app available to iphone users (not Android at this time, but soon!) called Chameleon. I've been making more money there than I have been on Shopkick. I've already made $5 today on my phone from scans only. For every store you walk into you get 1 point. For every item you scan you get an additional point. Once you reach 20 points, you get a $5 Target gift card. I use my Target gift cards to purchase Disney cards. Makes me feel like I'm contributing to the household in a small way as I'm a stay-at-home mom.

Shopkick is terrible lately. I was earning $20/month and now I'm lucky to get $5. I'll look into Chameleon.

I downloaded the app a couple weeks ago but hadn't done anything with it. Decided today to get DH and DD to put it on theirs and start trying to earn some points.
