Actually we have sunny skies but the high is only going to be 50 today. I found a copycat recipe for the Olive Garden's Pasta e Fagioli that I think I'm going to try.

I take about 4 to 6 cups of chicken broth (any brand)
put in soup pan, add some carrots, celery and just a little onion
salt & pepper, a very little pinch of garlic powder
let simmer til veggies are cooked.
then add in cheese or meat tortellini (i prefer cheese0 cooked on low heat until tortellini is cooked. Yummy! You can add a little bite of tomato juice for color and a little flavor. but not to much!
