Hi All! Has anyone booked with Thomson before? We are hoping to book for next May on the new Dreamliner as they seem to have the best price but have never travelled with them before. Thanks.

I did package with them last year. Staying at Hilton LBV. They were very good. Flights were OK except they put us on a small plane on the way out as ours was grounded the day before. Not their fault but it did mean we'd paid for prebooked seats for nothing and they didn't want to refund.

Also their excursions didn't include the meals they said they would.

Very good in terms of organisation and administration. Despite those little things, I would use them again.

We used them last year and again for this years trip. We were very impressed with all aspects of their service. I booked at one of their shops and the lady I booked with is very helpful and she replied to my email queries within 24 hours, which I was impressed with.

The Dreamliner looks amazing doesn't it?! It won't be departing from Newcastle next year so if we did end up going back we wouldn't be flying on the Dreamliner boooo Even so, their planes are still great with plenty leg room.
