Thomson and My Disney Experience

I've booked for a group of 9 of us in 4 rooms staying at Pop Century next September and have been trying to set up MDE...I got our accommodation ref number but when I set MDE up it only showed 3 people in one room, having looked into it further it seems that Disney have a different ref number for each room. Have called Thomson and got a guy who was really helpful but had no idea what MDE was...so after explaining he is calling Disney to get what I need...hopefully!

On the bright side, the booking ref I have put into MDE has linked the hotel and tickets so it's going in the right direction. Already customised my magic band just want to do everybody else's now!

Has anyone else booked with Thomson, how's your planning going?

I booked with WDW and I still can't get my confirmation number to work at all! With that and my Cashback being declined, I'm starting to wish Id just booked elsewhere lol!

Oh dear, have you been trying to do it the the MDE app or website? The app will not work for me but the website did. Hope it gets sorted soon.

I've tried both, neither of them work. I'll only be worried near my 190 day mark though
