Hi all,

10 weeks today we are off to sunny florida

We have booked through Thomas cook signature, flying with Virgin. Does anyone know if we can pre-book our seats on the plane

We booked with them this year. You have to give Virgin a ring, they should be able to give you a code to enter on the Virgin Atlantic site. When we rang up for one, about a week before the flight, all the seats had been assigned and we couldn't change them. We were in a row of 3 and then 1 across the aisle so we were happy with this. You need the code to be able to book in online the day before.

We went to Thomas Cook Signature this year. We rang Virgin direct and they assigned our seats over the phone, we got 3 in a row and 2 behind which was ideal as we sat the 3 children in front of us.
