Thomas Cook Disney Park Ticket Voucher

Hi - just received my plane tickets, and 14 day ultimate park ticket voucher, etc for holiday booked through Thomas Cook

It says the voucher for tickets can be redeemed at any of the parks. Does anyone know if I can also get this swapped for tickets at Downtown Disney Guest Services Counter on the day we arrive, as I would like to get tickets before turning up to the queues at the park turnstiles?

Anyone done this - or do I have to do it at the parks on our first day?

We had the vouchers from Virgin and exchanged them at DTD with no problems, so I assume the same would be true for Thomas Cook.

Yes same for Thomas Cook, Virgin, Disney direct or any other vouchers, they can all be exchanged at DTD guest services.
We always try to get there on our 1st night (depending on flight times) to exchange any vouchers we have.
