thomas cook airline tickets

Hi all i've booked a last min flight with TCook 13 days before flight,i was told the tickets would be sent out,i then phoned to add in flight meals and was told i would pick up tickets at airport.Im now not sure has anyone else booked lastmin with them before.

you wont have a problem, i presume you have your booking references, they are a trustworthy company, just go to the Thomas cook desk, your tickets will be there.

Thanks im sure all will be fine hopefully they have sent them out,but if not i'll give them a ring and make sure they are at the desk.If i wasn't told different things from sales i would not be wondering which one is correct.

yes we booked late flights with thomas cook 2 weeks ago when XL went bust, they also told us we would have to collect tickets at airport, however they arrived by post 3 days later, off to Gran Canaria today for a week. hopefully the sun will be shining.

Hope mine turn up as it gives peace of mind,like to have them before.
