This was a new one for me

My favorite is the cat backpacks with the bubble people take when doing little hikes! Talked to one of the owners and she said the key was she raised the cat so it was used to the backpack from a young age. Cat seemed pretty content, she had a leash for it as well to use when she felt it was safe to take the cat out.
My DD and her BF have a backpack for their cat. They will take the cat in the backpack when they take the dog for walks.

Don't think I've seen this IRL, but in 2025 nothing would surprise me:)

I was just out taking my dog for a quick walk (I work from home on Thursday) and passed by a woman pushing a small enclosed stroller (with mesh windows). It looked too small for a child, so I assumed it was for a small dog, like I’ve seen before.

To my surprise, I glance in and see a cat sitting in the stroller. 🤣. I don’t know why I found that funny, but it is possibly the first time I’ve seen someone pushing a cat in a stroller. I’m not a cat person, but is this something that is often done?
I've seen it in my neighborhood! My daughter used to dress up one of our cats and push him around in a baby carriage outside...

Just wear long sleeve shirts the first few times you try to put a cat in one
And gloves- Seriously! People I know (including DH) have permanent tendon damage to their hand tendons/muscles from trying to put cats in their carriers. That plus 2 rounds of antibiotics and two antibiotic shots.
