This time last year what was the status on Cdn passes?

I remember having to buy my passes at the buy one get 2nd half price, for cdns deal in pre 2000 and pre 2001 by Oct 31 of the year before.
What happened last year? Sadly we were not in WDW (but in Mexico Hola!) so I don't know.

This special will be back and should be announced shortly

I guess that they wait after oct 12th which is the last day to reserve using the "at par" offer.

I don't know yet more details about the dates between which the passes will have to be used. My guess at this time is between january and april but i'll confirm as soon as I get more informations.
