OK- we had to cancel not once, but TWICE now, due to our lovely children and their illnesses, LOL! We are running out of time to go back, as the SP blackout dates start on June 7. So give me the scoop...will this Sunday be a madhouse, with people trying to squeeze one last trip in before their SPs are 'dead' for the summer? Are Sundays at the Magic Kingdom usually busy? We plan on getting there first thing in the morning, so at least that should help us a bit. We're used to going on Tuesdays, though, so I'm wondering how much worse the crowds will be on a Sunday. Thanks in advance for any insight you may have! :earsboy:

I'm going with my friend/neighbor and we're leaving the family at home (BAD moms & wives!) and going for a quick trip and the MK will be the only park that we are going to....Sunday June 1st. Sunday they close early at 7pm with no parade or fireworks. They have those on Sat. & Monday so I'm hoping that Sunday won't be THAT bad. Guess we'll just have to wait and see! Hope you and yours have a Magical time!;)

Thanks Susan! I didn't know that about there being no parade that night...maybe that's good news for us, crowd-wise. Hope you and your friend have a wonderful time, too!

We'll be there at MK on Sunday, and are also doing EMH there. Be sure to wear your lime green!!! It seems like a lot of us will be there that day. :D

Are those of you who are going for EMH planning on staying in the park all day long? I was wondering if the EMH-taker-advantagers (hehe) usually only do a half-day at that park, since Spectro and FITS won't be held Sunday night, but will be the night before and also on Monday night.

Until about 1. Will be at CR, so will spend more time at MK this trip.:D Not sure what/where we will venture that afternoon! Monday morning is Epcot for us.

We'll be there for EHM Sunday morning, but we're hopping to Epcot for the afternoon/evening. We're here now and the weather is perfect. They're calling for chance of thundershowers Sunday afternoon, but otherwise the forecast looks good. Not too hot, breezy, and so far not crowded at all. It may get worse, but so far, the crowds are far less than they were in November 2000 when we were last here.

We plan on being there by 7:30-7:45! YIKES.....see you there

We'll be there on Sunday too! We leave tomorrow, and cant wait! I didnt even check the weather, if its stormy, I dont wanna know, cause were still going regardless...lol;)

Sounds GREAT!! Thanks for the update. Since yesterday, I feel like my body's been trying to fight off some kind of bug, so I am hoping/begging/praying that it'll be gone by tonight so that we can still go tomorrow.

We are just back! Spent 6 days in the parks(counting this morning!) and Sunday was GREAT! We were there at 8 and did SO many things before 9. Weather was nice. Only rain and crowds we encountered was Wed. evening at the MK. Even the CR seemed to pick up yesterday. We did not have a neighbor on one side until yesterday! :D We had a Blast! Hope all of you did too. Saw NO lime green ribbons.
