What's the big deal? He's riding a bike in what looks to be a residential area, pulling his daughter(s) behind him. My dh (along with many of our neighbors) looks a lot like that when we ride with the kids to the park. No need to put on the bike shorts when you're going on a casual family ride.

It's a Presidential election, not a popularity or beauty contest.

How the heck anyone can compare the looks of a 47 y/o black man to a 43 y/o white woman (apples and oranges anyone?) and base that as their reason to vote for one or the other is mind-boggling to me. But, then again, it does explain how GWB got two terms in office. They really should have pop quizzes done by newspapers at polling places about the candidate's issues. People should have to pass these quizzes before being allowed to vote for their guy.

It's so refreshing to see a man secure enough to set a great example for kids, and adult, bike riders. There is an epidemic of traumatic brain injuries that could be prevented by simple measures such as wearing a helmet while on a motorcycle, bicycle, skateboard, skis etc.
