As of Sunday, I'm ditching the ivory and swirls for the beige and blacks; I will be transferring to Confisco Grille. MY last shift at MYthos will be Saturday. After three years there, I figured it was time for a change before I snapped. IT's not a good thing to get in a rut, so I'm digging myself out. The staff at Confsico's is giving me a good opportunity: I will be getting my full-time hours, I will get to be creative, won't have any stress and have the opportunity to move up to First Cook (Finally!!! I'll actually be able to use my Culinary Management Degree!!!).
