This Saturday will be the last day I will be at Mythos...

As of Sunday, I'm ditching the ivory and swirls for the beige and blacks; I will be transferring to Confisco Grille. MY last shift at MYthos will be Saturday. After three years there, I figured it was time for a change before I snapped. IT's not a good thing to get in a rut, so I'm digging myself out. The staff at Confsico's is giving me a good opportunity: I will be getting my full-time hours, I will get to be creative, won't have any stress and have the opportunity to move up to First Cook (Finally!!! I'll actually be able to use my Culinary Management Degree!!!).

I hope some of you will stop in Confisco's to say hi!

Does this mean menu enhancements at Confisco's? I remember after 9/11 and the dip in tourism that followed they cut back on the menu, getting rid of many of my favorites.

Mine too, like Thunder Falls Terrace. I miss that place.

I think we'll have to stop in sometime and eat there...I haven't eaten there since WAY back when they still had the character meal. Now we'll have a good excuse!

No, it's back to a resturaunt, just a closed one. I haven't seen it open since August 2002, I took inside pictures and then it was closed for HHN's and it's never opened again.
