How often does a ride close for rehab is it yearly? For example since I see Splash just re-opened is it likely it will be open in September?
If I go look at the lists of what is closed from April-July should those mostly not be closed again so soon or do some of them have monthly rehabs or every 6 months?

Anything that is either going through refurb right now or has just come back from refurb should be up and running in Sept. On the other hand, Matterhorn will likely go down (it usually goes down annually, but it is a 48 year old ride, therefore it needs TLC) and depending on when in Sept you go, Haunted Mansion may be down for it's holiday makeover.
