I think with how much I read about how the way he died would be heartbreaking and nothing anyone would have guessed, I was prepared for something else. Not that the way he died isn't horrible, but it didn't make me ugly cry... yet.

This is how I feel. It was so over hyped that it was anticlimactic that the reveal is pretty much what everyone was guessing.

Okay, that wasn't nearly as traumatic as I was expecting - thank god! I cried a LOT more when William died.

I saw the field with the LII that looked realistic early on. Then dh caught the Eagles fumble and Pat recovery play that Rebecca and Kevin cheered over.

It just kind of ended. I thought they were just going to commercial then the news came on. It was good but I wasn't blown away.

I was expecting much more of a twist with Jack's death. I only cried when Kevin talked to his Dad at the tree and then when Rebecca said to Kevin, "This year your dad sent me you." That got me.

Great flash-forward! I didn't see that coming and we've gotten pretty good at predicting the flash-backs. DH nailed the cause of death.

Had a family member die of complications from smoke inhalation. Figured that's where they were going early in the episode. Can't believe I didn't shed a tear. Maybe it's because I saw it coming.
