I just got a report from a student of mine. He wrote on Paris. This is his 1st paragraph:

"For all the people of the world who appreciate the accord of a spiritual life, Paris is another country"

I think I see what he was trying to say, or rather what the article he was reading was trying to say , but does this really make any sense?

I would be inclined to ask him/her what they mean by it - maybe what parts of Paris he/she thought are more spriritual than the rest.
