I had the steak, it was well done and yet it melted in my mouth. I couldnt finish it all. Chris had ribs, the meat fell off the bone. Its a very nice place.

If any recepie begins with "beat sugar and butter together"

I'm not making it...

I don't have a food processor or anything close. It was wooden spoon and brute force until eggs were added to provide a loose enough mix to use a hand electric beater...

They're in the oven so we'll see how things go

Sounds interesting...

I've been making cakes by brute force for quite a while now. I use a fork and make sure that the butter is at room temperature or warmer.

Do you have a hand whisk? They are as much as $30 these days.....as that's for a Breville...
