It's funny how someone so little is so much work.

Totally but it gets easier the more independent he gets. He was such a good boy today. Napped in his crib for both naps. Ate all his meals very well. Played well. Didn't cry or whine really today. It's been a very good day. He's in bed now.

sleep? In a stroller? Hah you're funny! He has yet to fall asleep in the stroller since he stopped riding in his infant carrier. I have no idea how he's going to do with that at Disney. He will fall asleep as we carry him so I assume we'll just have to carry him till he falls asleep when he needs a nap and then put him back in his stroller while he sleeps. I do plan on taking a break during/after lunch though until dinner time.

My kids never did either. I always would look at the babies in the strollers sleeping with envy. My kids had to see everything. It drove me nuts. You know this new stroller may be so comfortable that he sleeps in it. It would make WDW that much easier for you.

That's how I am. I look at the sleeping babies and then I look at Alex whining to get out of his stroller and think "why can't you sleep like THAT!?" *sigh*. I really hope it's comfortable enough for him that he sleeps. Would definitely make life easier for us at the parks. I'm going to use the stroller as much as possible before we go to get him used to it. He cried in it in BRU when we tried it but he was not in a good mood anyways so that didn't really help things.

Thank you. Yeah new places with lots of people and things to look at he loves. I'm sure once he's tired he will just pass out but I'm still worried he will be a cranky mess missing naps and such. Guess we will find out!

girls...tomorrow is my first appointment with the OB. (I 'graduated' from the RE a few weeks ago) I would love some prayers that the baby is still growing like he or she should be! I'm sick lately but I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything, especially since I'm still on meds to help sustain the pregnancy (and in process of weaning off of them..yay!)

ahem...it's at 2 pm. I know that's the next question Kelly would have asked.

Prayers and pixie dust, my dear! I am sure Sweet P is growing leaps and bounds!

Love ~ yay for staying at POR!!! We are trying out cap'n jacks grill this time. They have pot roast And boardwalk is AWESOME!! If you can get Abby to watch the boys for a while you and Tom should check out Jelly Rolls. OMG it is SO much fun!!! I wish we could go this time but we're not bringing a baby sitter with us

Hi all!! Sorry I've been MIA again. Now that Christmas and Alex's birthday are over I'm going nuts trying to plan our trip.

I'm pretty excited about it too! I love POR ~ so pretty! If the situation with the murphy bed works out okay it will be our new go-to resort!

Sorry you won't have a sitter but YAY me! My luck they'd lock themselves out of the hotel room or something. Hmmm, will have to think that one through.

It doesn't fold into a carriage but it does lay pretty flat. The only thing I don't like about it is the foot part doesn't come up at all so I'm afraid he might slide out when he's asleep so I'll have to somehow buckle him in when he's sleeping. IF I can get him to sleep at the parks. Just getting him to sleep there should be an adventure all in itself let alone keeping him asleep. I do plan to take a mid day break on our park days though.

Trent had cub scouts tonight and they played a fun game called apples to apples


It was kind of funny as these are 1st and 2nd graders, so they are still learning to read.....getting them to read some of the words and play the game right was interesting
