cuteness, Chele!

The room has a couple of really cute touches.

Lovely pic Chele ~ I want that pillow!

And the more pics you post of Duffy the more I want one for my very own! I swear that bear has got personality! :lovestruc

Home again with Owen today. He's better but felt he needed one more day to rest.

I am currently relieved he has tired of SpongBob and Phineas and Ferb so we are watching Old Dogs. I'd forgotten just how funny this movie is. :rotfl:

There are two pillows that have a saying on them, I have taken a few photos and I am going to take more so you will see it all.

I have fallen in love with that cuddly guy.

I am posting a picture for you of him in one of his new outfits. I hope Owen is getting over this.

Glad Owen is doing better

I love Phineas and Ferb, but can do without Spongebob

Old Dogs is hilarious :rotfl2:

Love Duffy outfit

I see Pepsi in the background :thumbsup2

AAAUUUGGGHHHHHH!

Sorry.... I've been needing to scream for awhile. I feel better now.

So, Owen is going back to school tomorrow ~ he's feeling much better. :thumbsup2

We sat down for dinner tonight and one look at Evan and I knew.

Are you alright?

Well, I have a headache.

Yep... fever... 101.1!

Well, that does it for me.... a whole week off.

:sad2:

 Great minds!

I made 2 yesterday!

And also decided on a tentative park schedule.

I'll put that in a sep post.

Sat, 5/21: Arrival day.
Get checked in, get settled, check out the awesome pirate ship pool.
Dinner at T-Rex Cafe!

Sun, 5/22: DHS for *hopefully* SWW :darth:

Mon, 5/23: MK (yes, I know MK on a Monday... but the hours are longest this day and no EMH.)

Tue, 5/24: No park this day... the possibilites are endless.

Wed, 5/25: AKL (tentative... we may skip AKL and have a second day elsewhere)
Dinner at Rainforest (IF we go to AKL, if not maybe I'll change to the DTD location.)

Thu, 5/26: Epcot

Fri, 5/27: Another no park day.

Sat, 5/28: Head for home.

No park days ~ *I'm kind of holding out hope that free Universal tix will fall outta the sky and land in my lap* but since that most likely won't happen there are other things we are considering.

Mini golf.
Disney Quest (the boys are pushing for this one).
Water park??? Never been!
Kennedy Space Center
Lay around poolside and drink margaritas (okay, that one is for me).

I am honestly not sure I will make anymore ADRs. The more we go the more I learn that it just doesn't make any financial sense at all for us to eat on property. When the boys are older and not so picky maybe that will change. But they are going to be 10 this trip... adult prices for them to pick at food they don't like while Tom works himself up into a tizzy over it. This is a revelation that was loud and clear to me during our last trip when Owen was reduced to tears at Whispering Canyon over the prospect of having to eat yet another bowl of subpar macaroni and cheese. Kinda takes the fun out of the experience.

I am kind of taking Michele's lead and trying not to micro-plan this trip so much. I want us to have things we must-do in mind along with things we might want to try that we haven't done and go from there.

One new thing I am thinking about is the Kim Possible missions in WS. I think this could be fun! We could split into 2 teams and compete with each other. I have to run it by the kids though... they might not agree with me! :rolleyes1

well that is FAR more exciting than your last post

Great ideas. Can't wait to see what you decide for the off days. I have to say that I absolutely LOVE Disney Quest. We both do...and we're adults!! There are so many things to do there. And I can't believe you've never been to a Disney water park. Typhoon Lagoon has become my fav. There doesn't seem to be quite as much walking as BB, and they also have the Crush n Gusher which is the coaster slide. Sooo cool!

Although...BB has the 2nd tallest body slide in the world (if it still holds that title)....which I have YET to go down. I haven't been to BB since 2006 so maybe next time I go I won't chicken out. (I swear, it was the long line in the middle of July that really got me ;)

I think you need to fit in a water park somewhere in there so you can show off that new bod of yours!!! We can help you pick a new swimsuit if you want :thumbsup2 I know as awesome as you are doing, you probably won't fit into any that you already have.

wow geeez I can't believe this! sorry girl

Me either! Oh and Owen is home again afterall. When I put him to bed last night he told me the roof of his mouth hurt so I looked and he has a little white sore in there! I was worried he might have them in his throat too or have more this morning so I decided just to keep him home. I'd hate to send him to school with something contagious (very unlike a lot of parents who don't give a crap about that!). He seems fine though and he doesn't have a fever and the little spot looks better today. Must just be part of the virus.

well that is FAR more exciting than your last post

Ain't that the truth! At least this is giving me time to plan my trip! :surfweb:

Remember, we've only been to Disney during the months of Nov. and Dec.! This will be our first time not seeing the Christmas decorations up! I've never seen it bare before! :rotfl: The water parks have always been closed while we are there.

You chickened out and you think I will get on it? :lmao:

Bah, I don't know, at the rate I'm going my cruise suits will still fit.

And girl pssshhhhaw! You are my inspiration.

I woke up at 4:30 this morning and did an hour and 10 minutes of P90x!!

Wait until you see some of these photos. Duffy is very photogenic. I got a few great pictures of interaction with Woody and Jessie.

I always have thought it is better if the kids are sick at the same time. Then it's all over and done with.
