I would like to echo the sentiments of the others in saying Happy Birthday, but I realize it is a hard one for you. It sounds like you are doing so well despite circumstances. You are one strong woman.

I just wrote Kathy's obituary. Wow so not the easiest thing I have ever done, and obits are expensive. They want $150 for 5 inches of info.

I can only imagine how hard that was

Yes, that's cool that he was able to remember to do that, I'm sure it meant a lot. Just try and take it all in and know that despite the tears you can move forward with future birthdays and still have smiles. I know your sister would want that.

Yup, when you come back make sure you have a down day before you have to function again. That's what I did before I went back to work and it made a real difference.

I'm heading to bed, busy day coming at me including my first session of grand jury duty - wheee! Have a good night, rest well

ooo grand jury! My FIL did that last year. He loved it but he also loves to have his nose in everyone else's business. Yeah, he's one of those.
