Legoland was a nightmare

The only cool thing was the mini displays in mini land....they had replicas of NYC, DC, Vegas, etc,. I could have spent hours looking at that.

As for rest of place, OMG....so chaotic. Line were awful. When you finally did get on something, it was so chaotic, that you really didnt get to enjoy it'

Trent did driving school. Like a free for all, kids running for cars and then when they drove, no one really guided them, kids kept getting stuck, going wrong way, hitting each other.....the workers took their sweet time helping kids and was over in less than 2 mins

We did carousel.....30 seconds maybe?

We did some lame Inidana Jones like ride....again lame

Never again

Don't waste your money :headache:

Oh no!!:scared1::scared1:

This was the one comment I heard that lines are long and slow-loading.

Was the rest of the park crowded or just the lines? Were there lots of school groups there?

I'm wondering if it was just bad b/c it's so new and everyone is trying it out or if it's just designed poorly no matter how many people are there...

Ugh.

Our backup was to go to Sea World ... now I'm not sure what to do. At least at Legoland Rachel would be free (Elie too since she's not 3).

I'm sorry you didn't like it... I was really hoping you'd have rave reviews...

Nobody does it like Disney.

Andrea...Nice to see you here3. How are you?

Chele.....Good job on Scotty costume

Thank you. I am going to poet a photo or two here.

I know I looked at the prices -- over $2000!!! Luckily, I can use my DVC points for a cruise ... so with the points I have, we can do a 3 night cruise and 4 nights at WDW and only have to pay for Elizabeth ($300).

So we're going to give it a try...hopefully Jan 2013.

I think though that with the meals included and the private island and such make it not as expensive when you take it into account. And Disney ships have so many things the other lines don't have. Like the Disney characters.

Here is a picture of Scotty before the race. I wasn't thrilled that it was raining and he had to have his jacket on underneath. It's like with your kids and they have to trick or treat with a jacket over their costumes. We ended up with a Napoleon Dynamite wig. He did want to shave off his mustache so I told him he could be Richard Simmons on a bender. And he had on his rain pants but he did take them off for the actual race.

And I wanted to share a picture of a rainy Golden Gate bridge for you too.

Yep, the food and non-alcoholic drinks, including soda are free on Disney ships (other ships charge for soda), plus you get a great show each night, tons of things to do and FREE babysitting!! Once your child turn 3yo, and potty trained, they can go in the kids club areas ALL DAY if you want. Now we won't do that but there is no charge (already included in the price) and no limit.

So if Jerry and I want a quiet dinner together or get a massage, we can and we know that the girls will have an absolute blast in the kids area.

I'm very excited about the cruise.

Oh, he looks too funny! Sorry it was raining. Did he have a good time?

Too bad you couldn't convince him to nix the 'stache. Have you done your hair yet?

There are so many things about the Disney cruises. I think they are great! Especially if they have kids.

Thank you. Yes, he had a blast!!

I know. And no there never seems to be time but this week no one has school so we should find the time. I have had the dyes for weeks.

tough decision. not sure what I do if i were you. sorry

:goodvibes CONGRATULATIONS!!! :goodvibes

hOPE EVERONE had a great Thanksgiving!!! I was able to spend the week well Mon -Fri at home with my boys!! That is a big thing as I haven't been strong enough to stay home by myself for over a month. They were excited and so was I! I made it the whole week busy as it was. Drove to Houston area for Thanksgiving and then Fri took the kiddos ice skating . Well my sister took us!! I shared some video clips my sister took of Braeton skating on facebook. Soooo sweet and made this Momma almost cry. When I think of his journey to get to this point it is unbelievable. Strong will can be a good thing when it's put to use as Braeton has put his.... Most of the time!!!

Leah, I am glad that you have had a good week. The videos made me almost cry. Braeton is an inspiration, he doesn't let anything hold him back.

Ah yes, Cyber Monday sales. Smart lady.

Hi ladies. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Mine was great until the end of the night with the in laws. Most of you know what happened already as I talk to you guys on a regular basis but I know Chele and Leah don't know what happened so if you guys want to know I'll fill you in too. Just let me know

Leah and Betsy ~ sorry I haven't made y'alls siggies yet. Alex has been very difficult lately as he is cutting his one year molars. It sucks! So far so good tonight though. Praying he sleeps well so I can sleep well.

Cheri ~ you already know this but I am beyond excited for you and Mike!! :goodvibes definitely a great thing to be thankful for! I'm definitely thankful for my little miracle!

we're going on Thursday to get Alex's one year portraits done and our Christmas portraits. I'm pretty excited for that. I actually got something nice to wear which was a major concern for me. I don't think I'll look fat since I'm only 5lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight. Woot!!! I can't wait to share them with y'all! I hope they turn out really great. It's nice to have a family to have Christmas pictures done with now. :thumbsup2

Hope everyone is doing well.
