You can uncross everything - April posted several days ago that they passed ROFR and are looking forward to completing their purchase! Yaay, April & family!!

Yes, we did pass and expect to close a few days after we get back from our Jan. trip to Disney. We have already planned our next two trips! Always our main trip will be during my birthday and MNSSHP!

I agree that there is no worries, it just turned out as it should.
