Hey there!
I talked with my area manager today about our little project. She is very excited
about everything and will be in contact with you after she has also talked
with our General Manager. YES, I said General Manager! She wants to run
everything by him as well, and I do not foresee any roadblock. The parking
issue should be O.K. We want to make Security aware that people are coming
to trade, however I think they will still want to issue the 3 or 4 hour
pass. I think that we can live with that...what do you think. If everyone
knows from the get-go that this is the situation, and they are prepared, we
should not have any problems. I also want to commit to you if there are
problems I will do whatever is necessary to solve them. We will probably
have to start small, but as they see that the Pin Traders are really coming
and are providing a positive situation for all, it will then be easier to
get the stuff we need (i.e. lights, tables, outlets, whatever!).
So, anyway, be expecting a call from her after she has spoken with her
higher-ups. I think that this could be better than we ever hoped.
