But have never been sure I could do it. With my mobility issues I need an electric scooter, so my question is can I go on any behind the scenes tours, and if so which ones. Second ques. how early do they start renting them out at the parks. I can make it on and off the bus with a cane but that is about it. Thanks for any help you can give me:)

All of the Disney tours are accessible. There is a problem if you rent an ECV in the Park. Some of the tours start outside of the parks and you are not permitted to remove a Park ECV from the Park. If you wanted to do any of the longer tours, especially those which start outside of a Park, with an ECV you woud have to rent from an off-site company.

And the rental locations are open at the time the first Guests are allowed in the park, even if it is for a pre-opening-time meal.

We loved the Keys to the Kingdom tour. Bill is in a power wheelchair, we had a fantastic time!! I hope you do some behind the scenes tours and have a blast.
