I wish I didn't read that either. He is definitely sick. I actually went to high school with him so I was shocked when I opened the web page. It just makes me sick that he could do those things to those poor kids. He belongs in jail at the very least. His mother and sister are quite normal but Phil was never quite right although I never dreamed he would turn out to be such a sick individual.
