Thinktink - The age cut-off is 3. If your child is turning 2 she is still free.

Not sure what you mean - children under 3 do not count on hotel room ressies

Children under 3 are free for the room, the parks and even the buffets. Woohoo!!! Maybe you should call again because I think someone is giving you the wrong info. Now flying is a different story - they are only free under 2.

Maybe CM broke/bent the rules for us. Our family me, DH, DS 5, DD 3, twin DD 17 mo. My sister and BIL were also going to WDW. I had read they only allowed 5 in a room at Pop if your 5th was an infant under the age of 3 sleeping in a crib. We were going to have 1 of the twins stay in the room with my sister. I made both room reservarions when I broke up our family in this way. CM said we didn't have to do that that we could keep both babies in our room, but they wouldn't be listed on our reservation.

That sounds right Not an exception at all but simply how it goes for kids under age 3 if they sleep in a PnP.

My DD was not on anything for our last trip (she was 2) I ahd requested a crib for the room which I got no problem but they didn't have her on the ressies or even on our airplane tickets. She sat on my lap but they didn't even ask to see her BC or anything. For all they know I could have been kidnapping her! I would say just leave her off the ressies and ask for a crib!
