Why does Disney make all of this so difficult? I am planning WDW 12/23 - 1/2 for 13 people which is no easy task. But Disney certainly isn't helping.... First of all, half the CMs don't know what they're talking about. I can't begin to tell you all of the misinformation I have gotten! For example, first I was told 90 plus 10 days forward and then I was told 90 + 10 or 100 days out to make my reservations. Why aren't they better trained??? Then the timing on everything doesn't mesh. Tomorrow I can make our dinner ressies for NYE but no one knows for sure what's going on anywhere, besides the adult entertainment at Pleasure Island and the New Year's Eve show at Cirque. So, maybe I'll try for a illumination or wishes cruise, but no one has any idea what time that will be or if there will be two like last year (as a woman at recreation told me yesterday but then someone at recreation today told me that was not true, they only had one). This would all influence where and at what time I would make dinner ressies for NYE. I could scream!!!!
ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! Thank you, I needed that!

I feel your pain! I always joke that I have the biggest love/hate relationship with Disney known to man. It seems they are never all on the same page, and it's frequently the luck of the draw as to which CM you get and how much he or she knows. This time we got lucky with "Hamill" who knew everything we asked and seemed to anticipate our next question, even making suggestions before I asked. They either don't know when or if or what time an attraction is going to be available, or they change the darn times of park hours or EMH after you've made all your ADR's, and the list goes on and on. I LOVE Disney, but they sure make me scream AAARRRGGGGHHH!

Amen. The first time we ever went to the party for the senses during F&W fest and we had some questions. For some cm's we talked to it was like they had never even heard of the F&W fest let alone party for the senses??? Misinformation abounds? Why is it so hard for some people to say, "I'm sorry I don't know the answer to your question", instead of making something up to pacify you which usually ends up creating more confusion than if they had just said I don't know.

Thank You! I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one feeling the frustration. As they say, misery loves company!

I know exactly how you feel. When I was trying to make my ressies for Thanksgiving day, I called first to make ressies for CP and got those done. I asked if I could make my other reservations and they said no, but then I was still more than 90 days out.

I happened to call on 8/22 and was able to make the other reservation on a day after Thanksgiving but they said that there was nothing open for LTT on Thanksgiving. They would be opening more up each day so to try back. Tried everyday until exactly 90 days out. Got through first thing in the morning and there was still nothing available for LTT. Since we had picked two other places as back ups, went with Crystal Palace instead. It was VERY FRUSTRATING to call up each morning only to be told that there was nothing available, but more would be opened up the next day.

What's the point of 90 +10 if when you call to make your ressies nothing is open? Thankfully we got everything else that we wanted to do. We have something special planned each day of our trip besides the parks:
Arrive night of 23rd
Thanksgiving dinner at Crystal Palace on 24th
Candlelight Processional w/dinner at Le Cellier on the 25th
Sleigh Ride from WL on the 26th with Osbourne Lights at MGM right after
Breakfastasaurus at AK on the 27th with MVMCP that night
Yuletide Fantasy Tour in the morning of 28th before we go home that night.
