I've looked for a tentative schedule of mini-meets but can't find one. The reason I would like one is b/c I'm also going to WDW with my DD during that time. We were going to celebrate my birthday at Chef Mickey's on the 8th but I've since realized there's a mini-meet there that night which consists of 60 people. I've cancelled my PS b/c I figure with such a large group the characters would never get to us. So, to make this short, where could I find a list of the mini-meets (mainly ones that consist of character meals)? TIA!

Only a few of the mini-meets have actually dates attached this thread will give you an idea of what everyone has in mind as well as dates for those that were schedule. I think there are only 2 character meals (both at chef Mickey's Dec 3 (I think the MVMCP group is doing this and the one you mentioned on Dec 8) meets scheduled so far and a princess breakfast is being discussed. tentative mini-meet thread

Jules....THAT WOULD BE ME!!!! I have the PS for the dinner that night. The ressies are already made and I think it will be on the mini-meet list. I can change the count up to December 2.

Dinner is at 5pm and I will be there by 4:30 (pssst...I can alert them that it's your dd's birthday if you'd like also ).

This is after the convention is over on the 8th and then a bunch of us are going to MVMCP. I think the dinner post is buried down on page 2!!!

We would LOVE for you and your dd to join us!!!! Just let me know if you'd like to and I'll add you to the list of people that I have so far.

Chef Mickey's does hold 350 people so the characters are NOT just for us. We are just a drop in the bucket for them that night...but we'd still LOVE to have you and your dd join us for dinner if you'd like!!!!!!

In addition to the two Lorax2000 mentioned, there is a meet at the Hoop-dee-doo on the 3rd at 7:15. Not really a character meal, but it is interactive.

I was just given the chance to make up the mini meet list. I've been working diligently on getting the info together. It has involved contacting a number of people to go over their ideas. It also involves a lot of juggling of days, and times for these mini meets. I'm trying very hard not to have an overlap of mini meets. But for some that will not be the case. Please bear with me as I continue to put this thing together. Thanks!

I doubt that all 60 of us will be at the same table at Chef Mickey's. I did another large meet there and the characters did make it all of us. They are used to this kind of think I think!

Thanks for the invite Dec99, but I think my DD wants our little celebration to be just us. I invited my cousin and her son to come to WDW with us, when DD found out she was really disappointed. She said, "I thought it was just going to be you and me? We never do anything alone." Thankfully, my cousin decided not to come.

TnRobin, it's my 30th b-day, not hers. She celebrated her b-day with CM in June 2001 though. I think that's why she wants to have mine there too. But this time I think we'll skip CRT.
