the end of April DH had a herina repair--
he got the disability papers for work and the dr office was supposed to fill them out (after charging $10 to fill out them out!!!) and fax them.
a week goes by and no check so DH checks with HR no forms!!!
so he calls dr office gitl checks file oh here they are Ill fax them right out!!!
another week goes by today we get all the forms he had given the dr office 2 weeks ago!!
so he calls again---this time one girl started the forms--got called away--another girl saw the forms and faxed them---NOT completed!!!!
so when HR got them not finished they didnt know what happened so they out the papers again!!! to have them done over!!!!
I told DH he should ask for a refund of the $10!!!!
