Thanks Heather!! Don't be jealous! While it's pretty for about a day--I'm getting stir crazy and I'm ready to get out of this house and back into a routine!!

We had the same thing in England last month, up to 12 inches of snow in places and the whole country just came to a stand-still, schools all closed and no one went to work unless they could walk!!

It's funny how kids love snow, but adults dread it! hehe

Thanks Emma! We're making it just fine. We are actually going to venture out for dinner tonight--I just HAVE to get out of the house! The sun has been shining all day and the snow is melting so I'm sure Ally will be going back to school tomorrow!

Adorable snow pictures again Becky! Is this a record amount of snow fall for you all? It is snowing pretty good up here today--I think we are up to about six inches. At this moment, no word if they are going to cancel school tomorrow. We get to drive to IL tomorrow --hopefully the major roads will be decent!

Once again, great snow day pictures. We haven't gotten snow in quite some time, but I guess it's coming tonight. On the news the other night, the weather man listed a bunch of southern cities that had gotten more snow than us in 2010. It was crazy!

Ok--so I have a lot of totally different things to talk about--so bear with me!! I wouldn't post it if I didn't think it wasn't worth posting so read on!!

First, I wanted to show you some super-cute mugs that my Mom bought Brent and me for Christmas but forgot to give to us!! Hee hee!! So we just got them--but use them all the time!! Check them out!!

And since we've been home for 2 days due to the snow--Ally decided to fill out her valentines. She chose Princess and the Frog for the girls and Up for the boys! The Princess and the Frog valentines came with pencils and the Up valentines came with tatoos!

Here are the girl's spinning Tinkerbell light up toys that we will take with us to WDW in May! We got these at the Disney On Ice show that we went to in September!

And since Thursday will be the 100 day mark for us, we got out the Mickey head from our countdown chain from our last trip! Ally decided she was going to turn it into a Minnie head. This is what she came up with--she was so proud!!

As of February 7, 2010, Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table will now be the same as the Breakfast and Lunch character meals at the restaurant. When you arrive at the restaurant, Cinderella will welcome you to her castle in the lobby. At that time, she will pose for photos and sign autographs, then you will proceed upstairs to dine with other characters from Disney's Royal Family. (Characters subject to change without notice.) The official name for all three meals at the Castle will be Fairytale Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table, and all will require 2 entitlements when using the Disney Dining Plans.

However, the princesses weren't there for dinner--problem solved!! And now I think it would at least possibly be worth the 2 TS credits since it's dinner instead of breakfast or lunch! This was Ally's favorite meal from our last trip so maybe we should try it for dinner for our Nov/Dec trip?!

Be Our Guest Tea Party with Mrs. Potts “Be Our Guest” for tea, lunch and sweets hosted by Mrs. Potts and other Beauty and the Beast characters on the stage of the Briarcrest Theatre which will be transformed into the storybook setting of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. Enjoy a visit from Mrs. Potts who will have some very special surprises for you and your guests, along with tea, sweets, “magical” rose and pictures with Disney characters. Tickets to that afternoon’s matinee performance of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (February 20 or 27 at 2:00 pm) are included. Tea begins at noon.

The girls are so excited about going!! They are going to dress up in their Belle dresses for the event. We're going with our friends from church (he is the principal of the high school--they have a boy who's Ally's age and a girl who is about to be 4).

Just wondering what you did not like about CRT when you went. What has changed? The website was not very detailed about it. I want to try CRT when we go back and do BBB, but am putting it up against Ohana again. Since we had a bad time last go round, I really wanted to try CRT with Abby again before she gets too old

When we went for breakfast the food was just ok--nothing outstanding--especially for 2 TS credits. And I thought the princesses were a bit rushed. But eating in the castle was amazing!! What has changed is the characters for dinner. Instead of the mice and the Fairy Godmother they will have the princesses (at all 3 meals of the day--instead of just breakfast and lunch). I've heard the dinner food is really good so maybe we'll try it again for dinner--you know?! Now that they will actually have the princesses for dinner.
