I was calling this morning to make some changes to our ADR's for next month. I got put through to the after call survey before I spoke to anyone.

"Did you get your questions resolved?"

Ummmmm....no, not yet.;)

My DH said this happened to him the other day too.

The ONE time I ask him to call because I am busy - and he breaks the system... :rotfl:

It has happened to me twice-both times were right after codes had come out. NOT fun to stay on hold 20 min and then have to start all over!
 
Well, just like the forced gratutiy on the restaurant bill to be sure WDW is tipped, they will only answer your call if you give them the answers they want on the survey. Easy way to make it look like they have perfect survey results, and perfect tipping!
 
Disney's phone and website services are really messed up. I would expect better from a company with that much revenue.
 
The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I went through the survey and answered honestly (since I hadn't talked to anyone) and then was disconnected. I too thought that they might send me back to someone. Nope, it was just a glitch.

That's one of my biggest gripes with Disney. I can't believe with all they are capable of doing they can't keep those two things working. :rolleyes:
