you can not judge a situation that is in the middle of something, that you are involved in, because at that point you become part of what you're judging and you can't unbaisedly judge yourself.

Its like, you can't say that we're a bad generation, and you can't say that bush is a bad president until something else comes along. until theres something new.

Every generation is the exact same, anyway. Clothing changes. Music changes. People don't change. You can judge the styles of now, but you can't judge the people.

I totally understand what she's saying and I fully agree. I don't agree with Sparx's logic at all. Precedents are a beautiful thing and can absolutly be used as comparable tools. And that's all I really have to say without getting nasty.
