All WDW properties booked! Rental cars going at 3 times the rate 2 months ago! MK hours extended by 2 more hours since they were released in February! A third Fantasmic added at 10:30!
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

And i'm counting the days until I leave ...can't wait!!

For as much as I LOVE WDW, I'm glad I'm not going then! Scary flashbacks of 3 1/2 hr. waits for Splash Mountain from 10 years ago make me shudder!

That's because Easter is the earliest it's been in a long time. Coincides with some March breaks.

The crowds seem to be coming back,I'm glad to see :earsboy: :sunny: :flower: it.

I'm so excited about going, yet I can't get the image of being sooooo over crowded out of my head!!!

Any ideas on how to handle the crowds? My guess is take advantage of the early hours park, then around 1:00 get the heck out and go to another park or back to your hotel and go back later in the evening? :earsgirl: :listen:

We tried an Easter visit once (prior to 9/11) and will never do it again...sorry folks. It was wall-to-wall people. Walking around MK was difficult, let alone the lines for the attractions. Good luck and get there early! princess: pirate: :earboy2:

Well, yes. Go early and enjoy. Eat at off hours. Be one step ahead of everyone. Watch them come as you go. Have a great time.

:worried: :worried: :worried: :worried: :worried:
I'm getting nervous too!! We'll be there right after Easter on Tuesday and staying through Saturday! Send us pixie dust!!

We're going too--can't wait! Doesn't matter what the crowds will be like--we'll be there. :cool1:

Things are heating up - we are going before Easter shortly and I have never seen hours this long on any of our trips

Will be fun!

:cool1:

I just checked the official WDW website, and they have extended MK hours from 8am-midnight the week before and after Easter!! :rotfl: Do you think they will have the EMH hours during that time? Could we be in the MK until 3am??? :earseek: :earseek:

You will be in the magic kingdom until 3 am. Sounds cool doesn't it???

The website doesn't confirm it but a CM on the DIS has there will be EMH at the MK every morning from March 27 until April 1. Inaddition Wed nights are Late Evenings at MK so yes it will be open until 3pm...

We did Christmas/New years 2 years ago and the plan is definately early entry and leave by 11:30am then lunch swim and another park for the evening...

We were there last year for Easter break. The parks were PACKED :crowded: :crowded: :crowded: :crowded:
We had two bad park days because we got to the parks late. The other 8 days were perfect.

If you're at the parks for opening and use fastpass, you should be fine.

I would do an Easter trip again in a heart beat.:moped:

Have fun everyone. :wave2: :wizard: :wizard:

:cool1: Cool!! MK until 3am!! Anybody want to join us?!?

We'll definately have to go back to the resort--swim and rest--and then go back to the MK later in the evening! Luckily my kids are older :earsboy: 11 :earsboy: 9 :earsgirl: 7. We'll just carry them (sleeping) on the rides so the "older kids" can enjoy themselves!! :rotfl2:
