This Cat!

Our kitty is all disgruntled this year. We got her Dec. 26, 2002, so when we put up the tree, it feels like "home" to her. She sleeps under it, has "her" ornament to play with, etc. She never bothered the tree besides to play with her special ornament. Good kitty. Well, this year we have a train around the tree. She HATES the train, and glares at it from the sofa whenever it's running. I think the train ruined her Christmas!

Cats are trouble! I have 3 who insit the tree is there tree. I gave up and put on plastic ordments, no garlen (it looks really nasty when they eat it and expell it), no tinsel and I tie it to a wall. This year we tried a 2 ft tree, in a big fish bowl (the base was broke) full of aquarium stones.. that lasted all of a hour, they toppled it and had stones everywere, this was 3 weeks ago and im still finding stones!

Tinsel-garland is a big no-no with cats! It can get very twisted in their digestive systems and can kill them.
