Third time buying, first time by resale

We made an offer on BWV 200 points, February UY. 156 points available now (banked from '07, expire on 2.1.09) plus 400 coming on 2.1.09 (200 banked from '08). We offered $78 pp and our offer was accepted. It goes to Disney today for ROFR. Can someone add this to the list of ROFR's that are waiting?

Don't know. We bought 174 pt. BWV contract for $79.00 pt. in March 2007....current UY pts., not stripped. It passed, nobody thought it would. I don't think I've seen one since. So you never know! Good luck!

At that level it will probably depend on DVC’s inventory for that month. If they have plenty it will pass, if they need it they may take it. If it fills their needs this time the same contract might pass the next time.
