For Christmas all my DS10 wanted was the Ultimate Buzz Lightyear and the Buzz lightyear with light up wings that talks.... both made by thinkway toys. Well, he got both (from different grandparents). Within 2 hours the Buzz Lightyear with light up wings fell of a coffee table and the arm snapped off!?!?!! What?! 
My son has special needs but this made him cry and cry. He hadn't thrown it, he had been extremely careful but set it on the coffee table and a relative walked past and bumped it. So DH spent 6 hours trying to fix the arm, called thinkway only to hear that this has happened alot. We took it in to get it returned only to open another one and have the wings not light up. So DH took 2 Buzz's to make 1 good one. 
The Ultimate buzz has done a little better, however the lazer no longer works. Batteries have been checked, but it's not working. Upon calling thinkway again the woman (not here in America) told us to take it in to the nearest store and trade it
Did I miss something??? DS10 had 2 other buzz lightyears bought at least 8 years ago that have held up wonderfully through relatives, kids throwing them etc. Now the 2 newest ones can't hold it together....
Anyone else have problems with the new buzz lightyears? Any ideas??? I hope thinkway toys starts making products that are sturdy and can be played with. Sorry, I had to vent because my son has been in tears due to getting all he wanted for Christmas.
